Promaster is a venture of three very talented and experienced entrepreneurs. In the recent years, Dubai has seen start of many large-scale housing and construction projects. The opportunities for facility management companies were huge. With this advantage there came struggles as well. The ever-increasing lack of professionalism in this field was creating a negative impact in the market. To provide, property owners with a solution for this situation, Mr. Abdul Aziz al Suwaidi, Mr. Saeed Al Muhairi and Mr. Ahmed Al Falasi Decided to start Promaster, with the sole aim to provide customer satisfaction and re-introducing professionalism in the Facilities Management arena. Ever since then, Promaster has received remarkable success in a very short span of time. Promaster is established and managed by a qualified Emarati team, and is also supported by the government through the DUBAI SME program. Before introduction of Promaster, there were only a few big companies offering professional facility maintenance services in Dubai, they mainly catered to the larger clients. The owners with smaller properties were left to deal with the small companies or free lancers, which did not offer the same level of services.
